Setting the tone from the start: a fashion model, Evelyn, dies of a massive coronary during a back street abortion; the abortionist moves her limp and naked body to her house and dumps it in a bath tub, hoping that the authorities will think she died of natural causes. Later that night, the abortionist is fatally attacked by a killer in black leather wearing a motorcycle helmet, who cuts out his heart with a blade. And that's just the opening of this trashy giallo classic!
