Sleazy WW2 Nazi camp movie which plays more like a black comedy. Besides the usual raping and brutality directed at the female POW's at the camp, we get an amusing comic twist when the commandant decides he wants a new pair of testicles. He replaces his own with those from one of his hunky guards. The guard doesn't seem to realize he's been castrated until he goes to bonk one of the French prisoners. This provides one of the most amusing scenes when he confronts the commandant and says, "You bastard! What have you done with my Balls?"

Trivia: The graphic advertising for this movie sparked off the "video-nasty" debate in early 1982 in the United Kingdom.
