Ocho Inoshika (Reiko Ike) having managed to somehow survive her ordeal finds herself caught up in a drug smuggling den, when she’s mistaken for a smuggler. After torturing her and realising that she’s not one of their employees, her captors frame her as being the notorious “Crotch-Gouge” murderer. The papers have been reporting several murders that feature the same MO - females who have had their genitals mutilated. Ocho must now fight to clear her name and find out who the real culprit is; helping her is a man by the name of Jyoji (Ryohei Uchida) who has just been released from prison. He happens to have a score to settle with his former boss. Meanwhile the Ogi clan is up in arms, after the death of their boss. His daughter, and heir has gone missing and they suspect that she’s been murdered. Get ready for more violent mayhem in Teruo Ishii’s follow up to Sex & Fury.
