Star Fleet X-Bomber was a "puppet" show from 1980 which combined elements from Star Wars and Gerry Anderson's Thunderbirds with some mad Japanese style transforming robot action thrown in for good measure. It's the perfect mix, and for any child growing up in the early eighties, or any child at heart today, it's a must see!

Created by the "bad boy" of anime, Go Nagai, who also created Devilman, Cutey Honey, Kekko Kamen and the anime that started the super-robot trend that dominated the 1970's, Mazinger Z.
