1. How quickly will my order be shipped?
Excluding bank holidays and weekends, nearly all shipments are filled within two days from the time we receive your order.

2. How do you ship? and what are the USA rates?
Mondo Pop Cinema uses USPS exclusively for shipping worldwide and all orders are processed in our office. All shipping fees are tabulated during the "checkout" phase so that you will be made aware of all shipping costs before finalizing your purchase. No hidden fees will be applied.
3. Does Mondo Pop Cinema LLC ship products outside of the United States?
Yes, but remember, many countries have very strict laws regarding importing exploitation and adult videos. Buyer takes full responsibility for knowing the legal restrictions on video material in his/her own State or Country. Mondo Pop Cinema LLC will not accept any liability for the confiscation, possession or distribution of the material obtained from this catalog, or the consequences thereof. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
4. How do I track the shipment of an order?
We do not currently offer the option to track orders on our website. We use USPS exclusively for shipping worldwide and all orders are processed in our office. When inquiring about an order, please include the name of the person the to whom the item was shipped. 5. What is your refund policy?
Within 30 days of delivery, you may exchange any defective disc for the exact same title. PLEASE BE SURE TO CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE SENDING BACK YOUR RETURNS.
